Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the Post and the Auxiliary?
The Post's membership is made up of men and women who served in the military. The Auxiliary's membership is made up of family members of those who have served.
Who can join?
Anybody who has a grandparent, parent, spouse, sibling, child, or grandchild who served honorably during a time of conflict and was deployed can join.
Can men join?
Absolutely!
Can kids join?
People can join as young as 16 years old. They can even run for office. It looks great on a college application!
Can I attend a meeting?
You can attend one meeting before joining to learn more about us. We meet at 7:00pm on the second Wednesday of the month.
How much does it cost to join?
An annual membership is $50 a year. A lifetime membership, which you only pay once, depends on your age.

What do you do at meetings?
In the briefest of terms, we talk about ways to help veterans, promote patriotism, and be a part of the community. We also vote on expenses, initiate new members, and celebrate milestones.
What do members have to do?
We love for members to come to meetings, run for office, and participate in our special events, however, the only thing members HAVE to do is pay their membership dues.
